2 for 1 Sacred Shard event returns on 13 October: should you pull?

Plarium is bringing back the Extra Legendary Summon Event on Tuesday, 13 October. Summon a Legendary Champion from a Sacred Shard and you will receive a second, different Legendary Champion for free.

How the event works

• It applies only to Sacred Shards.
• Summoning a Legendary awards a second, different Legendary from the same Shard.
• The bonus Legendary is available once per player during the event.
• The extra summon costs no additional Silver.
• The bonus Legendary does not count towards Quests, Events or Tournaments.

Once you have your bonus Legendary, further Legendary summons will not trigger another free Champion during this event.

Why most players should wait

The Champion Chase Tournament begins on Friday, 16 October. It will feature 300 Citadel Points towards the ongoing Ingenious Titan Event, which matters if you are working towards The Scarecrow. The Extra Legendary event starts on Tuesday, 13 October, with no confirmed overlap with Champion Chase. Pulling Shards early means giving up tournament points later in the week.

The Halloween Fusion is also expected, and future summoning events may offer better value. For most players, saving Sacred Shards is the safer choice.

When pulling makes sense

• Deep into mercy: if you have already summoned 20 or more Sacred Shards without a Legendary, your chances have increased considerably.
• Large reserves: if you hold plenty of Shards, you can use some without running dry for upcoming content.
• Thin Legendary roster: two Legendaries from one successful summon can be real progress if you are missing many of them.

The risks

Both Legendaries are random. You could get duplicates, or Champions that add little to your current teams. A free extra pull is only worth it if you were going to open those Shards anyway.

If you are chasing The Scarecrow through the Ingenious Titan Event, those 300 Citadel Points from Champion Chase are likely worth more than a gamble on two random Legendaries.
