What you can expect from Grimoire, and what it expects from you.

Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who you are dealing with

Grimoire is run by Dan Roberts, trading as Grimoire, at Blaison, Yate, Bristol BS37 8TH. You can reach a person at info@raidgrimoire.com.

Not affiliated with Plarium

Grimoire is an independent companion site. It is not made, endorsed or approved by Plarium, and Raid: Shadow Legends is their trademark. Nothing here should be taken as coming from them. If their game changes, this site may be wrong until it catches up.

What the service does

Grimoire reads your Raid: Shadow Legends account from the game running on your own PC, using the Grimoire Sync app, and shows you what it makes of it. The app never asks for or sees your Plarium password.

Using a companion tool is your decision and your risk. We believe reading your own account is reasonable, but we cannot promise how Plarium will see it, and we are not responsible for anything that happens to your game account.

Any feature that acts on the game, rather than only reading it, is off until you turn it on and is labelled where you turn it on. Automating gameplay is against Plarium's terms of service and can get your account suspended or permanently banned, with no recourse and no refund of anything you have spent in the game. If you switch such a feature on you accept that risk in full.

Free and paid

Everything Grimoire knows about the game is free. What costs money is the work it does on your own account: the whole-team optimiser, the week plan, alerts, history and sharing. Pricing lists exactly which is which.

Subscriptions

  • Memberships come in three tiers: Rare, Epic and Legendary. Each renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Founder memberships are different: one payment, never renewed (see below).
  • Epic starts with a 7-day free trial for new members, and you are not charged during it. There is one trial per person, counted against your login and the Raid accounts linked to it; anyone who has had a trial or subscribed before is billed from the first day. Rare and Legendary have no trial.
  • Payments are handled by Paddle, who are the merchant of record and the seller on your receipt. Your card details go to them, never to us.
  • You can cancel at any time and keep your membership until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

Refunds are covered separately on the refund page.

Founder memberships

  • A founder membership (Founder Epic or Founder Legendary) is one payment, VAT included. There is no recurring charge: it is not a subscription and it never renews.
  • It gives you that tier's allowances for as long as Grimoire operates. That is a promise about Grimoire, not about the game: Grimoire depends on being able to keep working with Raid: Shadow Legends, which Plarium control. If Plarium change the game so that Grimoire can no longer work with it, or Grimoire stops running, founder memberships end with it.
  • If that happens within 12 months of your founder payment, we refund one twelfth of what you paid for each full month left in those 12 months. For example, closing 3 months after a £99 payment refunds 9 × £8.25 = £74.25. After 12 months nothing is refunded: by then a founder membership has cost less than a year of the same tier paid monthly.
  • If you also have a monthly or yearly membership, buying a founder membership does not cancel it. It keeps billing until you cancel it. While both run, you have whichever tier is higher.
  • Going from Founder Epic to Founder Legendary is a separate one-time payment of the difference between the two founder prices. If that payment is refunded, you go back to Founder Epic.
  • There is a limited number of founder memberships. When they are gone, they will never be sold again.
  • You can have a full refund within 14 days of paying, no questions asked. A refund, or a chargeback through your bank, ends the founder membership. If you had moved up from Founder Epic and the Founder Legendary payment is refunded, you go back to Founder Epic.
  • A founder membership belongs to your login. It cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for money or credit.

Referrals

When a friend you invite joins a paid membership and is still a member 14 days after their first payment, you get 14 days one tier up — Free to Rare, Rare to Epic, Epic to Legendary. Up to 60 days can be banked. Your bill does not change.

  • A friend counts only once their first payment is past the 14-day refund window, so a boost is only ever given after that window has closed. A payment refunded or charged back before then does not count.
  • Only a brand new login made through your link counts. Referring yourself does not, and nor does a login that shares a Raid account with yours.
  • A boost is extra time on a higher tier and nothing else. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, credit or a refund, and does not change what you are charged.
  • Your friend pays the normal price and gets nothing extra for using your link.
  • Referrals that abuse the scheme, such as made-up or duplicate accounts, are void and earn nothing.

Using it sensibly

Please do not:

  • share an account so several people use one subscription;
  • try to break, overload or work around the limits on the site;
  • republish the site's data wholesale as though it were your own;
  • use it to do anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that does these things. If we do it wrongly, tell us and we will put it right and refund what is unused.

What we do not promise

Grimoire's advice is a considered opinion drawn from your data and the game's own numbers. It is not a guarantee of any result. Numbers can be wrong, the game changes, and the site can be down. Decisions about your account remain yours.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription, delete your account from the account page, and uninstall the app. Deleting removes your synced data. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop running the service, in which case we will refund anything paid for time you did not get (for a founder membership, as its own section above sets out).

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. If a change materially affects you as a subscriber, we will tell you by email before it applies to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
